About the Studio
Glissade Pilates is a private Stott Pilates boutique in Lehi, Utah. It's a safe space where clients of all ethnicities, genders, body types and abilities are invited to train without judgment.
Clients are encouraged to practice Pilates to overcome unhelpful movement compensation patterns, build the mind-body connection, and to work toward their own personal movement goals.
Glissade is a private home-based studio. Address will be given after booking a session. In the event of safety or health concerns we reserve the right to refuse service at owner’s discretion.
About Amy
I'm a Stott pilates trained instructor and movement photographer based in Lehi, Utah. In my spare time I like to ride my bike, read, and play with my three sighthounds. I hope to be a part of your movement evolution.
